Upload Your Image

Please click Browse to find your image file on your computer. In many cases, if you have your camera connected, you can upload directly from the camera!

Basic: We accept just about any common image or graphic file format, including compressed files.
The quality of your finished print is based entirely on the quality of the image you submit.
Just about any photo taken in good light with a common digital camera (at least 4-5 Megapixel) will produce great results.

Advanced: Ideal resolution is 100dpi (dots per inch) or 100ppi (pixels per inch) at full finished size.
For Example:
72-inch height x 100 pixels per inch = 7200 pixels high.
This is ideal, however we can create a fantastic 72" (6 foot) print from an image as small as 1200 pixels high.

Scanned Images: An average-size (5"x7") print should be scanned at 1200dpi (dots per inch) minimum.

If you're not sure whether your image will work, don't worry. We'll let you know if there are any problems.

Material Choices

Durable Plastic:
Completely weatherproof and washable. Perfect if you plan on re-using your standup, need to place it outside, or otherwise are looking for an extremely durable product. The entire standup is washable with mild soapy water.

Economical Cardboard:
The best choice for indoor one-time use at a special event, an inexpensive gag gift, or other use where moisture and durability are not an issue. The face of the standup is washable with mild soapy water as long as you don't get the cardboard wet.

Both choices feature the same great print quality, fade resistance and precision laser cutting of the outer shape.

Additional Materials - Special Order Only:
We can produce cutouts using a variety of other materials by special order, including 1/2" Gator Board (shown).
Other custom cutout options include acrylic, foamcore (not recommended), plywood and aluminum (any thickness). These are not available online as there are special shipping considerations involved and pricing on these materials is partly based on the complexity of your design.
Full custom display fabrication available.

Finish Choices

Matte:
• Recommended for most applications.
• People look more lifelike, since (most) aren't glossy in real life.
• Cuts down on flash glare if you take pictures of your cutout.
• More scratch-resistant than Gloss.

Gloss:
• Color really "pops".
• Great for things that are glossy in real life.
• NOT recommended if you plan on taking pictures with your cutout. Flash glare will be excessive.
• More prone to scratching than Matte, like any glossy plastic.

Dry Erase:
• The glossiest of them all!
• Write on your cutout again and again with any dry-erase markers (not included).
• The most durable, as this is a laminate film applied OVER the graphic
If you just want dry-erase in an area, specify in "Speech Bubble" option.

All choices feature the same great print quality.

Artwork / Photo Modification

Leave As-is We'll print your photo or artwork EXACTLY as you have provided it. For standups and wall graphics, we will remove the background unless you specify otherwise in "Special Instructions" below.

FREE Color Correction & Touch-Up We will perform minor color-correction and retouching. This includes minor scratch removal, fixing minor damage, etc. If there's something specific you'd like us to do, please specify that in "Special Instructions". We'll let you know if it's beyond the scope of this free service.

Add Legs, Arms, etc. We will add missing or damaged elements to your photo, even replacing an entire body or transposing two photos. This option includes 1/2 hour of professional design time. We can do a LOT in 1/2 hour. Call for details.
Includes up to two .pdf proofs.

Display Design Service Don't have any artwork at all? Maybe just an idea or sketch? We can fill in the blanks for you with our comprehensive design service. Our talented professionals have access to a huge library of stock photography and creative expertise. This covers 1 hour of design time. We'll discuss your project with you beforehand and let you know if it is possible within this time constraint.

Special Instructions

Please include any special notes regarding the way you'd like us to create your print or edit your image.

When indicating height, be sure to take into account any protruding objects (a hat or baseball bat, for instance) or limbs (raised arms, etc.). The height you specify here will be the finished overall height of your print, up to the size indicated in the product description.

Speech Bubble - Blank:
Want to personalize your cutout with your own handwriting? Select "Blank Speech Bubble" and we'll add a speech bubble to your standup and leave the inside blank for you to write your own message.
Note: You'll need a Sharpie^® or other permanent marker to write on the surface.

Speech Bubble - With Text (Add Below):
Select "Add Speech" and enter text below to have us include the speech in a cartoon-like bubble as part of your cutout. If you'd like us to use a specific font or color, please list it in "special instructions". Our standard speech bubble font is Comic Sans Bold, in black, as shown.

Speech Bubble - Dry-Erase:
Want to change your message anytime? This is the option for you! We'll create a cartoon-like speech bubble and leave it blank. We'll laminate it (bubble section only) with special dry-erase material for your own message that you can change whenever you feel like it.
Note: Works with any standard dry-erase markers (not included).

Cut Out the Face to Make This a Photo Op

Have even more fun with your standup! Choose this option and we'll cut out the face or faces in your picture. With the faces cut out, other people can stick theirs through from the back to have their photo taken! Perfect for an icebreaker at your next party, a keepsake photo from your event, or a fantastic way to get your logo on a prospactive client's picture so he/she sees it again and again!

Due to the additional handling htese receive, we strongly recommend the Durable Plastic option for all Photo Op Standups.
Matte Finish will greatly reduce glare on the standup when people take pictures with it.

Add Velcro Easel Attachment

The standard attachment method for your easel is sturdy permanent adhesive. With the standard attachment, you can still fold your standup flat, but it will be full-height.

Our Velcro option is recommended for those who travel with their standup(s), such as to trade shows, etc. The Velcro allows the easel to be repeatedly removed, allowing the standup to be folded in three sections, often fitting into a piece of checked baggage on an airline (depending on size).
Plastic is strongly recommended as it holds up better both to travel and to repeated removal of the velcro easel without creasing the standup.

Scan My Paper Photo Instead of Uploading

Select this option if you have a paper photo and are not expert at scanning technology. We'll scan your photo at the appropriate resolution on a high-end scanner, remove dust and small blemishes, and return the original photo to you with your order.

We have yet to have any issues returning photos and take the best possible care of your images, but due to the irreplaceable nature of some images, we cannot be responsible for the safety of your paper photo beyond any additional shipping charges that may be incurred as a result of any error by our staff.
